Diana’s senior session at the University of Texas at Arlington was such a special one to photograph! She won my spring giveaway, and she also happened to be my very first UTA senior, which made the afternoon even more memorable.

This spring, Diana is graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Public Health and pursuing her dream of attending nursing school. As a first-generation graduate, her drive and dedication are so inspiring. One of the sweetest parts of her session was that her best friend made the trip all the way from OU to be by her side. I always encourage seniors to bring a friend along — having someone who knows you best nearby makes the experience more relaxed, joyful, and celebratory.

For her portraits, we explored some of the best UTA photo locations — from the clean lines of SEIR, to the fountain at the architecture building, to the heart of campus itself. We ended with a champagne pop to celebrate her hard work and everything that’s ahead — one of my favorite traditions for graduation photos!

Diana’s joyful, sweet personality came through in every image, and I’m so grateful I had the chance to document this milestone for her. She has such an exciting future ahead, and I know she’s going to do amazing things. Congratulations, Diana!
