I’m so honored to share that Lauren’s senior session at the University of North Texas was recently featured in the Dallas Observer! Having my work published was a big goal I set last year, and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude to have reached that milestone.
Lauren and her sweet pup, Holly, were a dream to photograph. We had no idea the session would go so viral. Lauren’s Instagram reel of our photos has topped 13 million views! Soon after, the images were picked up by the Dallas Observer, The Dallas Express, UNT, and other outlets. Lauren and Holly were even invited for a surprise appearance on WFAA’s Good Morning Texas.
Seeing the joy and connection between Lauren and Holly resonate with so many people has been the highlight of my year. Her session on UNT’s campus felt truly magical. Lauren’s elegant personal style paired with Holly’s playful energy was perfection. Holly looked adorable in her graduation regalia, and absolutely mirrored her mom’s joy. We photographed the pair at the Hurley Administration Building, Library Mall, and the UNT sign by the Welcome Center, my favorite order for that beautiful golden-hour glow my clients love.
Sessions like this remind me why I love being a Dallas senior photographer, capturing moments that celebrate each senior’s story. If you’re graduating from UNT or another Dallas-area university, I’d love to create photos that feel just as special (and who knows—maybe even go viral).
