Spending the afternoon with Faith for her senior session was such a treat! She wanted something a little more adventurous than the usual Dallas senior photos spots, so we packed up and headed to the lake. From the very first shot, I knew we were creating something special—her photos look like they could have been taken along the beaches of California, but right here in Texas.

The park provided the perfect backdrop for her shoot, with its beautiful coves and hiking trails. The weather was amazing, but the wind decided to give us a challenge! We got a little creative and took advantage of the area’s topography to give her hair some relief from the wind. As we made our way through the hiking trails and coves, we snapped some truly stunning shots of Faith. At the end of her session, Faith hopped in the waves for some fun and spontaneous shots in the lake, which was definitely a highlight of our afternoon!

Faith is a senior at Kaufman High School and has poured her heart into so much—Cheerleading, Tennis, National Honor Society—all while balancing her studies. After graduation, she’s off to the University of Texas at Austin where she plans to study Public Relations and will be rushing in the fall.

Throughout her session, Faith was such a natural in front of the camera, and her bubbly, outgoing personality really shines through in her photos. It was such a joy to work with her and her family to capture this exciting time in her life, and I know she’ll thrive in Austin!
